In this case, Apple doesn’t allow you to schedule text messages on your iPhone, which is a little bit disappointing. However, there are some third-party apps out there that can make that happen. In reality, there is a great app called Scheduled that allows you to easily schedule your text messages and send them on your iPhone.
In this step-by-step guide, we will walk you through the steps to schedule text messages on your iPhone using Scheduled. Before we begin, note that with the Scheduled app, you can draft messages and set a time and date for your messages.

Steps to schedule text messages using Scheduled app for iPhone

Step 1: First off, make sure that you have downloaded and installed the app on your iPhone. You can get it for free from the App Store
Step 2: Once you are done, you simply need to launch the app and allow the app access to your contacts and notifications
Step 3: Next up, you have to hit the Create Message button. On the next screen, you need to tap To Whom at the top to proceed
Step 4: You will then access your contacts list and you simply need to select a contact you wish to use
Step 5: You now need to tap on Your Personal Message and enter what you want to say into the input field to proceed
Step 6: You have to tap on When? button and select a date and time. Once done, you need to tap on Schedule Message.
That’s it! When the time comes, you will be reminded to send that message. You simply need to tap on that notification to launch the app. Once you are in, tap on the Send With… at the bottom center and then send the text message.
