Using iCloud

Just take your iPod and go to "Settings" > your name at the top > "iCloud" > "iCloud Backup" and turn it on. Now, hit "Backup Now" to start making backup. Please make sure the network is good, otherwise it will fail.

Using iTunes

Connect your iPod to PC and open iTunes in your PC.

Click on "Trust" if asked to trust this computer.

In the iTunes' screen, click on the phone icon at the top.

Click "This Computer" under "Backups" and hit "Backup Now". This is it!

Selectively Backup iPod

If you want to backup your iPod selectively, you simply need iMyFone D-Port Pro. 4. Top 5 Free Websites to Download Movies for Your iPhone/iPad

Before you transfer movies from your computer, of course you’ll need to download some movies onto it. Here are some sites that allow you to do that:
1 Retrovision

This is a website that has a collection of classic movies. Since they’re in the public domain, it’s totally legal and you can watch as many as you want. Many of these movies are popular classics that may even be among your favorites. Now, there’s no method to download the movies on the site itself, but you can possibly use third-party online tools that allow you to download streaming video. There are also many browser plug-ins that will help you do this.

2 Internet Archive

Probably best known as the home of the WayBack Machine, the Internet Archive also has a large collection of media. This includes both public domain and creative commons videos and movies. They have a very large collection and it’s legal to watch and download their videos.

3 PopCornFlix

This site is a streaming site, not a download site, but it’s worth mentioning because you can stream the movies on your iPad. There are commercials, but they’re minimal compared to regular TV and you can watch all kinds of movies, even some mainstream Hollywood ones, for free.

4 Classic Cinema Online

This is another site similar to Retrovision, where you can watch as much classic material as you want. Again, it’s a streaming site, but it’s pretty trivial these days to use tools to download the videos if you want to.Sponsor ads:

Different Ways to Jailbreak Your iPhone

1. Tethered jailbreaks allow you to connect your iPhones to your computer and run the application on the jailbreaks. If you restart your device, the jailbreak will uninstall, and you will need to repeat the process. This makes your iPhones useless expect you reinstall it which is more difficult.Sponsor ads:2 player ipad games

2. Semi-tethered is the first set of jailbreak to be developed. But the jailbreakers preferred the untethered jailbreaking method, where the hack would not change even if you switched off and restarted.

3. Untethered jailbreaking allows users to re-install the jailbreak process after rebooting your iPhone. It is the most reliable because jailbreak can be run from the device rather than the computer. But it can be an annoying experience.
The Best Steps to Jailbreak an iPhone

Step 2: Unlock the Cydia Impactor you downloaded, and install it.

Step 3: Connect the iPhone device to jailbreak to your computer using the supplied Lightning cable.

Warnings on Jailbreak an iPhone

We highly recommend users to install the apps from reputable sources like Cydia to prevent hackers to gain access to your device.

Rigidity in the software: the iPhones by default does not permit you to tweak the user interface. This is only possible by the hacking of the OS called Jailbreak.

Restricted hardware: Apple has always been harsh in restricting hardware with limited software. Apple recommends that jailbreaking your device can lead to lack of safety measures, reduce the battery life and interruption of services, lack of access to update software in the future.Sponsor ads:

Actually for now we cannot give a 100% confirmative answer for this because the time iCloud takes to back up your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch depends on the data which will be backed up and your Wi-Fi network speed. If the majority of storage on your device has been consumed and there is too much data to back up, then iCloud will take longer to finish the process. If the network speed is around 1 Mbps, then iCloud may take an hour to back up 1 GB of data.

Why Is iCloud Backup Taking So Long?
1 iCloud Does Back Up Lots of Data on Device

As we stated above, if there is too much data to back up, then iCloud takes longer time to finish. Do you know what iCloud Backup include? Well, see the following list and you will find that iCloud does back up lots of data on your iPhone and sometimes it is normal that you are waiting a long time for this:

App data, Apple Watch backups, Call history, Device settings, Health data, HomeKit configuration, Home screen and app organization, iMessage, text (SMS), and MMS messages, Photos and videos, Purchase history from Apple services like your music, movies, TV shows, apps, and books, Ringtones, Visual Voicemail password (requires the SIM card that was in use during backup). Besides, if you turn on 3rd-party apps from Settings > iCloud > APP USING ICLOUD, then iCloud will back up these app data, also.Sponsor ads:The Best Alternative Sites For RARBG 2019 – Still Working Proxy and Mirror Sites

How to Disable iOS 12/11.4/11.3 Software Update Notification 2019 Guide

How to Disable iOS 12/11.4/11.3 Software Update Notification 2019 Guide
Question

I plan on waiting at least a month until I update my iPhone to iOS 11.4. But Apple won’t let me. They keep reminding me every two hours to update and I can’t turn it off. The only options I have are “Install Tonight” and “Remind Me Later”. I want to disable this reminder. Anyone know what I can do?

This constant reminder from Apple to update your device to iOS 12/11.4/11.3 can be a pain and if you want to get rid of it, choose when you update your device rather than have Apple decide for you, you’re in the right place. Here, we will discuss the various ways you can get your iPhone or iPad to stop sending you these “reminders” all the time.

Before we get to the solutions, it is however necessary to let you know that there is no easy solution. After all, Apple wants as many people as possible installing the latest iOS update (it is iOS 12 for now). So much so, that they have introduced a new feature that downloads the update in the background and then the device sends you these “reminders” to install it once the download is complete. In essence, you are getting these reminders because the updates have already been downloaded and are just awaiting installation.
1. Delete the Downloaded Update from Your Device

If you delete the automatically downloaded iOS 12/11.4/11.3 update, there should be no more reminders to update. Here’s how to do it.

Step 1: Tap on Settings.

Step 2: Tap General and then Storage & iCloud Storage.

Step 3: From there, tap “Manage Storage” (below “Storage” not “iCloud.”)

Step 4: Find the iOS update. It should be the one with iOS then followed by numbers.

Step 5: Tap “Delete Update” and again in the alert window that appears.

2. Block Apple Updates from your Wi-Fi Router

Actually even you delete the iOS update, it will still download the latest iOS 12/11.4/11.3 when your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi and so you will receive the update alert again. You can block Apple Software Update Domains on your router to keep them from accessing your device. The process will depend on the router you are using. But it typically involves opening your router’s web-based interface and find “Domain Blocking” or “Domain Block.” Enter the domain apple.com.

Here’s what the process would be like using a Virgin Broadband Router as an example.

Step 1: On the Safari browser enter the Mac address from the admin site. You can find it on the back of the router.

Step 2: Enter the password which can also be found on the back of the router/modem.

Step 3: Click “Advanced Settings” and then select “Domain Blocking” under “Parental Controls”.

Step 4: Add appldnld.apple.com into the Domain to Block and then click “Add Domain.”

Step 5: Add mesu.apple.com and then click “Add Domain.”

Step 6: Finally, click “Apply” and “Yes” and you should never receive any updates from Apple.

Note: This will prevent software updates from working. If you check for an update, you will see “Unable to Check for Update.”
Tip 1: How to Turn off Automatic Updates

Remember how we said, you get the alert because Apple has a new “Automatic Update” feature that downloads the updates for you. The good news is, you can disable this feature and should never be able to get the alert again. Here’s how to do it.Sponsor ads:Apps To Brighten & Enhance Videos Taken on iPhone

Step 1: Launch the settings app on your device and the tap “iTunes & App Stores.”

Step 2: Turn “Automatic Downloads” off.

Tip 2: How to Downgrade iOS 12 Beta to iOS 11

If you have upgraded your iPhone to iOS 12 but you don’t like it and would like to downgrade it to iOS 11, then you can learn how to downgrade iOS 12 Beta to iOS 11 from the article. However, downgrading iOS to old version is never an easy task and you need to follow the instructions tightly.

You should stop receiving the alerts of iOS 12/11.4/11.3 update once this is done. Just to be sure though, delete the updates that were already downloaded.Sponsor ads:7 Best Twitch Streaming Software (Free and Paid) for You 2019

iPhone Security Issues 2019

iPhone Security Issues

Apple has always taken security very seriously. However, even so, no software is free from security flaws.

iPhone, as such, has also been subject to certain security issues. To begin with, the latest iOS, the iOS 10, contains a significant security flaw that allows hackers to easily crack the passwords of iPhone users.

The flaw is a consequence of Apple changing the way iOS encrypts manual back-ups. With the new encryption technique, hackers can easily try a combination of various passwords to figure out the one that allows access to a user’s device.

They can then gain access to all the private information stored on the phone.

Secondly, iPhone has had a series of problems with Siri, its personal AI assistant. According to some sources, Siri has been accompanied by a flaw that can be exploited by an attacker to easily gain access to a user’s private files such as photos, messages etc.

Furthermore, Trident was a security flaw that allowed hackers to access the Kernel, which is a critical component of iPhone’s operating system. With it, the hacker could do anything from launching the camera app to installing surveillance software.Sponsor ads:

Difference Between iCloud and iCloud Drive and How to View iCloud Data 2019

Many Apple device users are confused about iCloud, the type of data that can be backed up on iCloud and the difference between iCloud and iCloud Drive. The service has been very important for users who want to ensure the safety of their data and for those who want a clear picture of exactly what they are getting, this article will describe the difference between iCloud and iCloud drive.

To do that, we need to take a look at both these services individually. Let's do that.

Part 1. What is iCloud?

iCloud is basically Apple's storage service. It is not a sharing platform like Dropbox but it is very useful for storing some of the data on your device. When turned on, iCloud will back up the data on your device including documents, photos, contacts, calendars and the like. It will also backup all your iTunes store purchases although any music, videos or TV shows that you didn't purchase on iTunes will not be included in the backup.
Part 2. What is iCloud Drive?

While iCloud is a storage service, the iCloud drive is Apple's version of Dropbox. It is cloud-based, making sharing of all the data on the drive much easier. It also allows users to sync contents between devices.

It is slightly different in operation as compared to Dropbox or Google Drive. Instead of accessing your collection of the files via the iCloud Drive app, you do so through the different corresponding apps. For example, you access photos in the iCloud drive via the photos app.
Part 3. What's the Difference between iCloud & iCloud Drive?

iCloud Drive is part of iCloud. What you saved on iCloud Drive will be saved in iCloud. iCloud mostly serves to back up your device and sync limited kinds of data to other Apple devices, while iCloud Drive more focuses on sharing among devices and seamless interaction and co-working among devices, which means that data in one device can be shared among other devices without copying, sending or transferring. For example, you create a new Pages file on your MacBook Air, put a few lines on it, and then throw it into iCloud Drive. Then you may continue working on it wherever you go as long as you have access to it via your iPhone or iPad.
Part 4. How to View What's Backed up in iCloud?
